Created

In hope and humility, just begin.

The Essence of Creating: Ruah — Open hands receive the spirit of life as an inhalation; open hands release a new creation made possible by the spirit, an exhalation as if an offering. What do you see?
Old Brownie — Kodak was part of my childhood; can't get enough of these early Kodak cameras.
Resting Place — A bench tucked away amidst a shower of sunset. Photographed on Rock Ford Plantation, Lancaster PA.
Tiny Tailor — My paternal grandmother's well-worn sewing scissors and thimble. She worked tirelessly and possessed an impeccable attention to detail.
Kodak #1 — Old bellows camera, full of character, speaks of wisdom for all the moments recorded long ago.
Plucking Blackberries — How deeply do we look for God? This was probably created as a confession for spending much time with blackberries.
Peace, Hope, Strength — A ginkgo leaf reimagined; some cultures favor it as a symbol of peace, hope, and strength.
Bad Hair Day — The miles this feather-owner must have flown!
